Should You Choose Fruit or 100% Fruit Juice?

Of all the fruit juices, punches and cocktails available on supermarket shelves, a 100% fruit juice or a juice made from concentrate are always the best options. Nonetheless, a whole fruit will always remain the healthiest option.
